Our process
Our initial evaluation focuses on validation of the target, the mechanism of action, the characterisation of the lead molecule(s), preclinical and clinical data, safety and toxicology, as well as the intellectual property position.
We collaborate closely with Business Development, Corporate Development, Corporate Alliance Management and Novo Nordisk Biotech Fund to ensure that all possibilities with respect to deal structure are explored.
