Looking to start your career at a truly global company?

Novo Nordisk’s Graduate Programme in Supply Chain Management puts you on the fast track to in-depth knowledge of our value chain from sourcing to the distribution of finished goods. As a Supply Chain graduate, you’ll work on important projects and tasks in several major areas of supply chain management at a successful global corporation.

The Supply Chain Graduate Programme will, through on-the-job training, give you valuable insight and skills in everything from LEAN manufacturing to strategic sourcing and regulatory requirements. And with lots of encouragement and guidance from Novo Nordisk’s management, you won’t find a more supportive grad programme anywhere.

It’s no wonder that most of our grads are hired on a permanent basis when they’ve finished the programme – with many now working as project managers, team leaders and cLEAN consultants.
