Remove the pen cap
Use the injection technique your doctor or nurse has shown you
Inject the dose by pressing the push button fully down.
Leave the needle under the skin for at least 6 seconds. Keep the push button fully depressed until the needle has been withdrawn.
Pull out the needle.
Pull out the needle.
Put on the outer needle cap.
Unscrew the needle and discard it carefully.
Put on the pen cap.
