Recruitment process

Application for this year’s Base Camp ended 12 Feb. Next recruiting campaign starts Dec 2012 and ends mid Feb 2013 for graduates starting in September 2013.

Recruitment process
Step 1: Reading of applications (1 Dec-28 Feb).
Step 2: Phone interviews with selected candidates (12-28 Feb)
Step 3: All candidates informed by e-mailed either receiving an invitation to Graduate Recruitment Centre or a rejection letter (2 March)
Step 4: Selected candidates attends Graduate Recruitment Centre in Copenhagen (20-21 March)
Step 5: Final 32 candidates will be offered a graduate position (24 March)
Step 6: Graduates starts at Novo Nordisk (3 September)

Recruitment Centre
At the Graduate Recruitment Centre in Copenhagen candidates will take part in interviews, team and individual exercises and will be given feedback on personality and IQ tests conducted prior to the Graduate Recruitment Centre. The cost of flights and accommodation will be met by Novo Nordisk.
All applicants offered a graduate positions based on the recruitment event will be informed by telephone and will then receive a contract soon after. Applicants must formally accept their offer within two weeks of receiving the contract. Applicants living outside Denmark at the time of recruitment will be offered relocation assistance.
Graduates start their first rotation on 3 September 2012. During the first 4–5 months of employment all graduates take part in an extensive training programme which includes business understanding, project management, presentation technique and site visits.
